19-year-old, 16-year-old minor charged in burglaries | Crime

Two suspects wanted in connection with a series of burglaries in the Fox Run community in Newberry County have finally been captured.

Newberry County sheriff's deputies arrested 19-year-old Xavious Tyshawn Robinson and 16-year-old
Desmond Alonzo Coleman Thursday evening.

Robinson is charged with one count of first degree burglary, one count of second degree burglary and two counts of larceny.

Although he is a minor, Coleman stands charged with five counts of second degree burglary and four counts of larceny.

Investigators say the pair were breaking into homes through windows and taking money, televisions, and video game systems.

Deputies believe one additional arrest is expected in this case, and additional updates will be issued as the investigation continues.
